Anti-Spam Checklist
Use a Google App Password (2FA must be enabled on your account)
Add SPF, DKIM, DMARC DNS records for your sending domain
Keep send delay at 2–5 seconds minimum between emails
Always include an Unsubscribe link in your email template
Avoid ALL CAPS, excessive exclamation marks, or spam trigger words in subjects
PHPMailer sets proper Message-ID, X-Mailer and List-Unsubscribe headers automatically
Warm up new sending domains gradually — start with small batches
